Worst JML product I’ve ever bought
I bought the door screen to keep the bugs out but before it was fitted it was falling apart.
The fabric that the mesh is attached to is all frayed and is not fit for purpose. I’ve had to repair it before I can use it, if I didn’t need to use it straight away I would have returned it and bought one from elsewhere.
I’m very disappointed, JML is a brand I’ve always bought & trusted.

Wouldn’t shop directly with JML again. Purchased 3x window screens with next day delivery. I wish I’d purchased the cheaper ones from Amazon.
The netting seems to be good quality so far, however some of the magnets that attach to the window frame arrived bent (in 2 of 3 packets!). This means they don’t sit flush which defeats the point of the product as bugs can still get through. I’ve resorted to taping them down as a temporary solution. It’s a shame as the other one works really well.
JML customer service said they had no magnets in stock to send me despite the products still being in stock online to purchase. They offered an exchange however this was not possible as, following the step by step instructions, I’d already cut the screens to size. Perhaps I’ve been unlucky but I would order direct with caution.
I’ve had no further correspondence from JML and in honesty, wish I’d bought a cheaper alternative elsewhere - I’m £28 down and would have been better off buying cheap net material and taping myself. I would expect a better resolution from a company like JML.

I ordered a fan before 3.30 pm cut off…
I ordered a fan before 3.30 pm cut off on Saturday for a Sunday delivery . Paid an extra £8 for the delivery. It did not arrive !!!! phoned Monday morning now its not coming until Tuesday. I am absolutely disgusted with this company with the very poor service . why offer a delivery on a Sunday if you are not going to fufil the offer . disgraceful

I called up with an issue for a similar fan that I bought to one I already have, which was explained to me. Tried to fix it as described but then found out, that one of the covers was missing.
Called again and given details of how to return item.
Both times, staff were very courteous, knowledgeable and friendly.
Would recommend JML products and service to anyone.
My old fan is great and awaiting a replacement for the recent one.

The delivery driver was careful…
The delivery driver was careful unloading the parcel. And he was well within the delivery time. Full credit to the driver for being on time. The item we ordered is amazing. Kept the living room extra cool. Well worth the money. Take care all at JML.
JML Swivel Sweeper, useless, not as advertised.
I purchased a JML Swivel Sweeper, after having watched the demonstration film on JML internet, witch showed the sweeper being used on a deep pile carpet. It was bought for my wife, who is disabled. At first when the sweeper was used, on a hard floor, it appeared alright, although when it was used on our lounge carpet, which has a very short pile, it was completely useless. It bumped over the carpet, and at times it flipped over. As I had the sweeper, over 30 days, I telephoned JML, and spoke to a manager, and informed her of my problems ,with the sweeper, and I asked for a refund, as it was not as advertised. The manager offered me a credit note, or a replacement, I told her that a credit note was no use, as I was not needing anything from JML. I was refused a refund. I told the manager, that I had paid good money to JML, and had been left with "Chinese Junk"
This sweeper has been a complete waste of money, because it is "not as advertised". I would never trust JML again.

Agent very pleasant and helpful. Sorted out the problem straight away. I needed a spare part which wasn't available online, and they found it for me.

Shameful customer service
One star and you're lucky to get that.
Bought a handybrite solar led spotlight. The spotlight itself is good, but the attachment you use to put the thing up isn't fit for purpose. The first one broke, which in turn meant the solar panel snapped off the light after falling to the ground. It was replaced by Asda (as you seem to put the onus on the retailer for a product not fit for purpose) and less than a few months later it happens again.
Experimentation with various glues proved fruitless as its made of some kind of material that will not glue. I can't return it to the store as I no longer have the reciept, so I'm stuck with a duff product that cost me £25, from a manufacturer that doesn't give a stuff after you buy their products.
Shameful customer service.

I tried to order something online on Saturday bur it didn't seem to work properly so phoned customer services on Monday and the lady I spoke to sorted it out for me in a very pleasant manner.

I contacted JML and a young lady called Jill took up my complaint and explained how to try and solve it which did not . I then received an e-mail with return information A happy customer in less than 15 minutes yhanks
